On 19 May 2015, the AER Board determined that a negative carbon pass through event had occurred and approved the proposed pass through amounts of $1,234,139 and a further $259,475 to return previously over-recovered carbon tax revenues to customers. The approved negative cost pass through amounts will be returned to customers in the form of lower reference tariffs in 2015–16.
