On 15 May 2019 we published a replacement model for 17.2 - Metering Model, provided by Essential Energy. The replacement model correctly redacted sensitive information that Essential Energy had not previously redacted. 

Attachment 15 – Alternative control services sets out our draft decision on Essential Energy’s Public lighting proposal, and provides detailed reasoning of our assessment approach and draft decision on public lighting tariffs.  Essential Energy has claimed confidentiality over certain information provided to the AER in its public lighting pricing model.

Stakeholders seeking access to confidential information will be required to sign a confidentiality undertaking.

The AER hosted a public forum (pre-determination conference) on its draft decisions for Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy in Sydney on Tuesday 13 November 2018.

We invited interested parties to make submissions on our draft decision and Essential Energy's revised regulatory proposal for the 2019-24 regulatory control period by 5 February 2019. These submissions are available under the 'Revised proposal' timeline.
