On 10 December 2019, Ergon Energy submitted its revised proposal for the 2020-25 regulatory period.

On 10 January 2020, Ergon Energy advised that it has reassessed its claims of confidentiality over a number of opex supporting documents included as part of its revised regulatory proposal. As a result, Ergon Energy has submitted new public versions of the documents, along with a letter explaining the rationale, which we have published below.
