On 13 December 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved a gas retailer authorisation application from Discover Energy Pty Ltd (Discover Energy) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).  

Discover Energy was authorised to retail gas as and when the Retail Law was adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
