Draft regulatory information order
On 7 December 2023, the AER published its draft Annual Information Orders (draft Orders) and accompanying explanatory statement, which applies to electricity transmission, interconnector and distribution networks. The draft Orders set out our information requirements and a clear process and timing for future updates to information requirements.

Network businesses and other interested parties were invited to make submissions on our draft Orders (including data requirements) and explanatory statement by 31 January 2024.

Power and Water Corporation draft regulatory information notice
Power and Water Corporation has been excluded from the Annual Information Order for electricity distributors, for the reasons set out in the Explanatory Statement.
We have defined the annual reporting obligations for Power and Water Corporation in an Annual Regulatory Information Notice.
