The AER published its draft decision to update the interim Contracts and Firmness Guidelines (C&F Guidelines) on 10 June 2025. The draft decision includes an updated draft of the C&F Guidelines, a document that tracks the proposed changes to the previous version, and an Explanatory Statement that outlines these changes and our approach to the consultation.

Interested parties were invited to make submissions on this draft document by 8 July 2025.
