The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has published revised regulatory proposals from the following Victorian electricity distribution network service providers (DNSPs) for the regulatory control period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2031:
Revised proposals have been submitted in response to the AER’s 30 September 2025 draft decisions for each network. The draft decisions did not accept DNSPs' initial proposals.
The AER’s final decisions will be made in April 2026 and will take effect from 1 July 2026.
Invitation for submissions
Interested stakeholders are invited to send submissions on the revised proposals and the AER’s draft decisions by close of business 19 January 2026. Submissions should be emailed to Vic2026
