On 18 September 2025, Transgrid wrote to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) requesting a determination on its 2024–25 network support pass through application. 

Transgrid network support pass through application is in relation to the difference between actual network support payments and the forecast network support payment amount for 2024–25 included in Transgrid's 2024–29 revenue determination. 

The AER will assess the application in accordance with clause 6A.7.2(i) of the NER.
