On 18 September 2025, Transgrid wrote to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) requesting a determination on its 2024–25 network support pass through application.
Transgrid's network support pass through application is in relation to the difference between actual network support payments and the network support payment allowance for 2024–25 included in Transgrid's 2023–28 revenue determination. The AER assessed the application in accordance with clause 6A.7.2(i) of the NER.
On 16 December 2025, the AER published its assessment of Transgrid's 2024–25 network support pass through application. The approved positive pass through amount is $3.07 million ($Dec 2026).
