On 27 November 2025, APTPPL submitted an application to the AER for a pass through of costs related to a material increase in the Queensland Government’s 2025-26 Annual Fee for National Energy Market Regulation. The application sought to recover an amount of $1,496,631 ($2026-27) through an increase in reference tariffs in 2026-27.
