On 13 May 2026, the AER accepted an application from Region RE Limited for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for Worongary Town Centre.

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on the Region RE Limited individual exemption application for Worongary Town Centre by COB Wednesday, 10 June 2026.
