Annual Information Notice 2026-28 - Power and Water Corporation - Appendix A - Instructions

On 30 June 2026, the AER issued an annual reporting Regulatory Information Notice (Notice) for Power and Water Corporation (the electricity distributor in the Northern Territory). The Notice applies for two years, covering the reporting periods 2026-27 to 2027-28.

Power and Water Corporation is not subject to the Annual Information Order for electricity distributors. Power and Water Corporation was excluded from the Annual Information Order for electricity distributors, for the reasons set out in AER Decision - Annual Information Orders - 2024 (section 3.2).

The data submission workbook (Appendix A to the Notice) sets out the data requirements and is provided below.
