Freedom of Information (FOI) responses
Certain documents released under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 are available for download from the agency’s disclosure log.
Before 1 July 2026, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) was part of the ACCC and shared its staff, resources and facilities. The ACCC handled FOI requests for AER-related documents.
