AEMC Electricity Network Economic Regulatory Framework Review

In August 2016 the COAG Energy Council issued the AEMC with terms of reference for it to annually report public advice to the Energy Council on whether the economic regulatory framework for electricity networks is sufficiently flexible and robust to continue to achieve the National Electricity Objective (NEO).
