AEMC draft determination - Improving consultation procedures in the Rules
On 7 January 2021, the Australian Energy Market Commission (AEMC) received a rule change request from the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) to simplify, streamline, and improve the efficiency of the consultation processes in the National Electricity Rules (NER), the National Gas Rules (NGR) and the National Energy Retail Rules (NERR).
