On 20 February 2026, AusNet Services submitted an application to the AER under clauses 6A.7.3 and 11.6.21 of the NER for a positive pass through of easement land tax for the amount of $45,438,084 ($2026-27).
The AER has approved a positive pass through amount of $45,404,318 ($2026-27) to be recovered by AusNet Services in 2026-27.
