On 27 November 2025, APT Petroleum Pipelines Limited (APTPPL) submitted an application to the AER under rule 97 of the NGR and section 4.5.5 of the Roma to Brisbane (RBP) 2022-27 Access Arrangement for a pass through amount of $1,496,631 ($2026-27) due to a material increase in the Queensland Government’s 2025-26 Annual Fee for National Energy Market Regulation.
The AER has approved a pass through amount of $1,284,145 ($2026-27) to allow recovery of these incremental costs in the 2026-27 regulatory year through an increase in reference tariffs.
