SA Power Networks submitted an application for a waiver of clause 4.2 of the Ring-fencing Guideline (Electricity distribution). This waiver would enable SA Power Networks to investigate the efficiency of making solar systems more market responsive.

The waiver is proposed for an 18 month period.

We invited energy consumers and other interested parties to make submissions by close of business Tuesday 15 March 2024.
