On 13 March 2020, Evoenergy submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for the ACT, Queanbeyan and Palerang gas distribution network. The tariff variation notice relates to network charges for Evoenergy's users for the period 1 July 2020 - 30 June 2021.
On 28 April 2020, the AER approved Evoenergy's annual tariff variation proposal for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. This was after assessing the tariff variation proposal as compliant with the AER's Final Decision on
Evoenergy (ActewAGL) ACT, Queanbeyan and Palerang - Access arrangement 2016-21.
