On 17 February 2011, the AER released its draft decision on Envestra’s access arrangement proposal for the period 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2016. The draft decision required Envestra to revise its access arrangement proposal.
Stop the clock
The AER has decided under rule 11 of the NGR that the period of 63 days for submissions on the draft decision is not counted towards the decision making time for the full access arrangement final decision. This also includes an overlapping period of 34 days for Envestra to submit a revised proposal.
