A public forum will be held on Wednesday, 11 December 2024 at 1-2.30pm (AEDT) as an opportunity for interested stakeholders to ask questions about the draft decision.

Interested stakeholders are also invited to make submissions on both our draft decision and JGN’s revised proposal (once submitted) by Friday, 14 February 2025.

Background
As a regulated gas network business, NSW gas distribution network JGN must periodically apply to us for a ruling on network charges, in the form of an access arrangement specifying the services it will provide, the tariffs for those services, and the other terms and conditions on which they will be provided.
On 28 June 2023, we received JGN's reference service proposal, and submissions closed on 1 August 2023.
