On 13 November 2025, the Australian Energy Regulator published an application from ASENO Pty Ltd (ASENO) for an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
The AER is now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on ASENO's application by Friday 12 December 2025.
