On 16 December 2025, the Australian Energy Regulator published an application from Flo Energy Australia Pty Ltd (Flo Energy Australia) for an gas retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
The AER sought submissions from interested stakeholders. Consultation on Flo Energy Australia's application closed on 16 January 2026. No submissions were received.
