On 16 December 2025, the Australian Energy Regulator published an application from Flo Energy Australia Pty Ltd (Flo Energy Australia) for an gas retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
Invitation for submissions on the application are open until 16 January 2026.
