On 13 September 2018, the AER approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from Real Utilities Pty Limited (Real Utilities) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). Real Utilities is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
