On 24 April 2026, the Australian Energy Regulator published an application from SUPA Energy Pty Ltd (SUPA Energy) for an gas retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).

The AER is now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on SUPA Energy’s gas retailer authorisation application. Submissions close on Friday 22 May 2026.
