On 26 June 2025, we published our final decision on the application from APA Group to convert the service of the Basslink interconnector from a market network service to a prescribed transmission service. Given the timing of our conversion decision, the regulatory period for which we are making a revenue determination for Basslink is 2026–30. We invited APA Group to provide updates to their revenue proposal in response to the shortened regulatory control period. These updates can be found below.

Consolidated updates
On 29 August 2025, APA Group provided a consolidated updates package detailing the revenue proposal updates provided to the AER following our final conversion decision. Some new elements were included in the 29 August update, they will be considered alongside the revised proposal.
