Under clause 6.10.3 of the transitional chapter 6 rules, Essential Energy (Country Energy) may submit a revised regulatory proposal to the AER. Information that has been blacked out in the revised proposal is confidential.

In its draft decision, the AER required the NSW DNSPs to submit their proposed schedules for fixed prices and price path to the AER by 16 January 2009 using the approach set out in section 17.6.11 of its draft decision.
