On Tuesday, 27 May 2025, we hosted a predetermination conference to provide stakeholders the opportunity to ask questions about our initial draft decision. The presentation slides are available below.

Interested stakeholders are invited to make a submission on both our initial draft decision and Marinus Link's revised proposal (once submitted) by Friday, 15 August 2025.

Marinus Link request for concurrent feedback loop and revised revenue proposal
On 21 May 2025, Marinus Link Pty Ltd (MLPL) wrote to the AER requesting a revised approach to the expectations set in our Commencement and Process Paper including concurrent feedback loop and revenue proposal processes.
