On 31 January 2018 TasNetworks submitted its regulatory proposal for the period 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2024.

We invited written submissions on TasNetworks' proposal and our issues paper. Submissions closed on 16 May 2018. These submissions are available below.

On 28 March 2018 the AER released an issues paper highlighting some of the key elements of TasNetworks' proposal and how stakeholders can assist in our review.

Interested parties were invited to join us for a public forum on TasNetworks' proposal on 10 April 2018 in Hobart, Tasmania.

TasNetworks has also submitted a distribution Service Target Performance Incentive Scheme (STPIS) model which is too large for us to publish on our website. The AER has published proposed negotiated distribution service criteria for TasNetworks, which will be considered in conjunction with TasNetworks' regulatory proposal. The AER has not published Negotiated Transmission Service Criteria for TasNetworks. New National Electricity Rules commencing on 1 July 2018 remove the requirement for us to make a determination that specifies the Negotiated Transmission Service Criteria that apply to Transmission Network Service Providers..
