Proposed negotiated distribution service criteria
The AER has published proposed negotiated distribution service criteria for TasNetworks, which will be considered in conjunction with TasNetworks' regulatory proposal. The AER has not published Negotiated Transmission Service Criteria for TasNetworks. New National Electricity Rules commencing on 1 July 2018 remove the requirement for us to make a determination that specifies the Negotiated Transmission Service Criteria that apply to Transmission Network Service Providers..
