Revised proposal
During the course of the ACCC’s assessment of TransGrid’s revenue cap application, the ACCC considered that there would be advantages to changing to an ex-ante assessment regime for future capex. TransGrid requested that it be able to resubmit its future capex application to ensure that it complied with the requirements of the new regime.
On 18 November 2004 TransGrid submitted its capex program to replace its previous capex program.
