On 13 February 2025, the AER published the Customer Engagement Toolkit. 

The toolkit provides guidance, support and resources to consumer-facing energy businesses on how to identify, engage with and support customers experiencing vulnerability. It aims to help retailers build an environment that identifies consumers experiencing vulnerability earlier and supports them more effectively. It includes a presentation deck and poster as additional resources.
