On 20 July 2009, the AER published a draft report containing a revised Rebidding and Technical Parameters Guideline. The draft report has been informed by submissions on the initial draft for consultation paper. This draft report considers all of the issues raised in these submissions. The AER has amended the draft Guideline based on these considerations. Where the AER has maintained its original position, further explanation has been provided. The revised draft is provided in ‘mark-up’ to enable interested parties to readily identify the material changes that have been made.
