The AER invites interested stakeholders to make a submission on the consultation paper by Friday, 10 July.
We prefer all submissions be sent in electronic format in Microsoft Word or other text readable document form publicly available to facilitate an informed, transparent and robust consultation process.

Accordingly, submissions will be treated as public documents and posted on the AER's website, unless prior arrangements are made with the AER to treat the submission, or portions of it, as confidential.
Submissions should be emailed to: aerinquiry
aer [dot] gov [dot] au (subject: Network%20resilience%20guidelines%20-%20Consultation%20paper) (aerinquiry[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au) with the email subject title "Network resilience guidelines - Consultation paper".
Those wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:
- clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
- provide a non-confidential version of the submission
Feedback we receive in response to this paper will inform our draft guidelines, which we expect to release in the coming months.
