On 17 September 2026, we published our draft network resilience guidelines for consultation.

The release of the draft guidelines follows the completion of our first round of stakeholder engagement on the matters outlined in our consultation paper. Information on how we considered stakeholder feedback we received during the consultation paper engagement stage can be found in the explanatory note accompanying the draft guidelines.

We will have regard to the feedback we receive in response to our draft guidelines ahead of releasing the finalised network resilience guidelines in the coming months.

Submissions to our draft guidelines closed on 15 October 2026. We received 17 public submissions (including one late submission) and one confidential submission. The public submissions are available below.
