On 24 June 2025, the AER accepted an application from Dexus Property Services Pty Limited for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for Botany Quarter, 11-13 Lord Street, Botany, NSW 2019.

We are now seeking submissions for interested stakeholders on the Dexus Property Services Pty Limited individual exemption application for Botany Quarter by COB Tuesday, 23 July 2025.
