Background
On 18 December 2018, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from ISPT Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law for Richmond Market Place.
The application also sought individual exemptions for three other sites, Fletcher Village, Kincumber Village and Wagga Wagga Market Place.
Submissions on ISPT Pty Ltd's application closed on 4 February 2019. No submission were received.
