On 30 April 2015, the AER released its final decision on ActewAGL's distribution determination for the 2015–19 regulatory control period.
We also released a Fact Sheet to accompany and summarise our final decision. The purpose of this Fact Sheet is to make our decision accessible to a wide ranging consumer audience.

On 28 February 2017, we released our final decision on ActewAGL's 2017-19 Tariff Structure Statement proposal. The approved tariff structures were in place for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2019. A history of the consultation process is archived online by the National Library of Australia.

On 20 May 2015, the AER wrote to the NSW and ACT network businesses setting out how it proposes to correct a small number of administrative errors in its 30 April determinations. This is to ensure that the associated legal documents accurately reflect its decisions.
