On 9 April 2025, the AER published its determination for a positive pass through of easement land tax in 2026–27 of $45,404,318 ($2026-27). 

AusNet Services can adjust its maximum allowed revenue (through an increase in transmission prices) in 2026–27 by this amount in accordance with the revenue determination.
