On 21 April 2026, Australian Gas Networks (Victoria and Albury) submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation for its Victorian gas distribution network for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

The tariff variation notice sets out Australian Gas Networks' (Victoria and Albury) proposed reference tariffs and demonstrates how they comply with the annual tariff variation mechanism under Australian Gas Networks' (Victoria and Albury) access arrangement. The reference tariff schedule sets out the specific rates that will apply to Australian Gas Networks' (Victoria and Albury) reference services from 1 July 2026.

We will assess Australian Gas Networks' (Victoria and Albury) tariff variation notice for compliance with our final decision on the 2023–28 access arrangement. Australian Gas Networks (Victoria and Albury) provided other documentation to support its proposal that will be used in our compliance assessment.
