On 1 April 2020, Ausgrid informed the AER that they would not be able to provide a punctual annual pricing proposal for its New South Wales distribution network for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. Ausgrid has advised that they intend to provide an annual pricing proposal by 17 April 2020.

On 17 April 2020, Ausgrid submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its New South Wales distribution network for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. Ausgrid’s pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the AER's 2019-24 regulatory determination.
On 5 May 2020, Ausgrid resubmitted their proposal in response to AER's queries.
