Background
On 22 May 2026, the AER accepted a joint application from ZEN Energy Retail Pty Ltd and ZEN Energy Retail Holdings Pty Ltd to transfer ZEN Energy Retail Pty Ltd's electricity retailer authorisation to ZEN Energy Retail Holdings Pty Ltd under the Retail Law.
The AER sought submissions from interested stakeholders. Consultation on the application closed on 19 June 2026. Two submissions received are available for publication.
