On 12 November 2025, we made our final decision on Ausgrid’s revenue determination for the 2026–31 regulatory control period for the Hunter-Central Coast REZ Network Infrastructure Project. Clause 53(4) of the Electricity Infrastructure Investment Regulation 2021 (EII Regulation) requires us to publish our final decision as soon as reasonably practicable, but not before the Infrastructure Planner (EnergyCo) notifying us that financial close has been achieved.

On 17 December 2025, we received this notification from EnergyCo that financial close for the HCC Project has been achieved. We have subsequently published the determination document and accompanying attachments on 19 December 2025. Confidential Appendix C – Rate of return averaging periods will not be published to protect confidentiality.
