Application to reopen distribution determination for capital expenditure

On 15 October 2024 Jemena applied to the AER to revoke and substitute its distribution determination for the 2021-26 regulatory control period, to adjust the total forecast capital expenditure (capex) approved in our April 2021 final decision. Submissions closed on 15 November 2024.

On 21 July 2025, Jemena withdrew its application.
