On 15 May 2026, the AER published a non-market sensitive update for the DMO 8 final determination. This guidance was developed to confirm non-market sensitive information to assist retailers in developing compliant time of use standing offer and solar sharer offer tariffs by 1 July 2026. The update includes indicative positions as at time of publication, pending the final determination release on 26 May 2026.
