Back to topOn 22 July 2019 the AER released an Issues Paper seeking stakeholder views on the development of a new Customer Service Incentive Scheme (CSIS).
The paper canvasses various issues related to the development of a CSIS, such as whether it would provide a useful incentive, and how we could design a Scheme should we choose to develop one.

Stakeholder forum
Back to topThe AER invited stakeholders to attend workshops on the development of new incentives for customer service. In these workshops stakeholders discussed key aspects of a potential new customer service incentive scheme. In advance of the workshops the AER produced a discussion paper and slide pack. Following the workshops, the AER produced minutes which recorded the discussions.
