On 28 February 2013, SP AusNet submitted its revenue proposal, proposed negotiating framework and proposed pricing methodology to the AER.

Under clause 6A.9.4 of the NER, the AER's transmission determination for SP AusNet must set out the Negotiated Transmission Service Criteria (NTSC). The NTSC determined by the AER must give effectr to, and be consistent with, the negotiated transmission service principles set out in clause 6A.9.1 of the NER.

On 28 February 2013, SP AusNet provided further supporting documents which, subject to confidentiality, can be provided to interested stakeholders on request to SPAusNetTransmission [dot] 2014aer [dot] gov [dot] au (SPAusNetTransmission[dot]2014[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au).

On 24 April 2013, the AER held a public forum in Melbourne on the revenue proposal submitted by SP AusNet .

Interested parties were invited to provide written submissions on SP AusNet’s revenue proposal and the AER's proposed NTSC to the AER by close of business 17 May 2013.

On 1 May 2013, the AER published an issues paper to help stakeholders prepare their submissions on SP AusNet's revenue proposal. This issues paper highlights what we consider to be the key issues of SP AusNet's revenue proposal at this stage.
