On 22 May 2026, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) published an application from ZEN Energy Retail Pty Ltd to transfer the ZEN Energy Retail Pty Ltd electricity authorisation to ZEN Energy Retail Holdings Pty Ltd under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
The AER is now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on ZEN Energy Retail’s application to transfer the ZEN Energy Retail electricity authorisation to ZEN Energy Retail Holdings. Submissions close Friday 19 June 2026.
