On 31 January 2023 Endeavour Energy submitted its regulatory proposal for the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2029.

We have published a Negotiated distribution service criteria for the 2024-29 businesses. We welcome submissions from interested parties and written submissions should be emailed to AERresets2024-29aer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERresets2024-29[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au) . On 28 March 2023, we released an Issues Paper highlighting some of the key elements of Endeavour Energy's proposal. We welcome submissions from stakeholders by 12 May 2023.

On 5 April 2023, we hosted an online public forum to allow stakeholders the opportunity to ask questions about Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy's 2024-29 distribution revenue proposals. Presentations were delivered by the AER, the AER's Consumer Challenge Panel 26, Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy. The presentation slides are available below. 

During the public forum, due to time constraints, a number of questions were taken on notice. The network businesses, and the AER have now provided short responses to these questions, which are provided below.

In response to the NSW distribution businesses' 2024-29 Regulatory Proposal (received 31 January 2023) and our Issues Paper (published 28 March 2023), we received 455 submissions from individuals via 'formbuilder' on the NSW DNSP's proposed solar export charges. Below is a sample of some of the submissions we received.

On 30 June 2022, Endeavour Energy submitted the methodology it proposes to use to prepare the forecasts of operating expenditure and capital expenditure that form part of its regulatory proposal.

Endeavour Energy will submit its revenue proposal for the 2024-29 regulatory control period by 31 January 2023.
