Submissions - Proposed negotiated transmission service criteria (NTSC) for AusNet Services
Under clause 6A.2.2(3) of the NER, the AER's transmission determination for AusNet Services must set out the Negotiated Transmission Service Criteria (NTSC). The NTSC determined by the AER must give effect to, and be consistent with, the negotiated transmission service principles set out in clause 6A.9.1 of the NER.

Submissions on AusNet Services’ revenue proposal closed on 4 February 2016. On 7 April 2016 the AER received a submission from AusNet Services regarding three synchronous condensers on its network which have reached the end of their economic lives. The AER may, but need not, consider a submission it receives after the consultation period has ended.
