On 22 July 2026, we held an online predetermination conference to discuss our draft decision on AusNet's 2027–32 transmission revenue proposal. The presentation slides are available below.

AusNet Services’ revised proposal is due by 1 September 2026. 

We invite energy consumers and other interested parties to make submissions on both our draft decision and AusNet Services’ revised proposal (once submitted) by Monday, 28 September 2026.

Submissions should be in Microsoft Word or another text readable document format.

We prefer that all submissions be publicly available to facilitate an informed and transparent consultative process. We will treat submissions as public documents unless otherwise requested. 

Parties wishing to submit confidential information should:

• clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim
• provide a non-confidential version of the submission in a form suitable for publication.

All non-confidential submissions will be placed on the AER's website.
